Covid‑19 vaccination for self‑payers
From 11 June, registration for vaccination was launched for people who do not have public health insurance in the Czech Republic or the European Union and are long-term residents of the Czech Republic. Foreigners living in the Czech Republic for a long time, for example, will also be able to register.
Who is it for?
A person not insured within the public health insurance system of the Czech Republic or other EU member state can be vaccinated in this manner:
- Citizen of the Czech Republic
- Foreigner (from the EU or third countries) who has long term residence in the Czech Republic for more than 90 days pursuant to the Act on the Residence of Foreign Nationals, and who meets one of the following conditions:
- has a valid long-term or permanent residency permit in the Czech Republic
- holds a valid long-term visa
- is an EU citizen with confirmation of temporary residency or a permanent residency permit in the Czech Republic
- is a family member of an EU citizen with confirmation of temporary residency or a permanent residency permit in the Czech Republic

In a designated vaccination center.

COMIRNATY vaccine (manufactured by BionTech/Pfizer)
How much does it cost?
The maximum price per one dose including application will not exceed CZK 810
What should I bring?
- a document to verify your identity
- a document to verify your residency permit in the Czech Republic (does not apply to Czech citizens)
- payment card/cash (some vaccination centers accept only payment cards on the spot)
When and how do I get EU Covid‑19 Certificate?
You can collect the certificate immediately after vaccination at the Vaccination Portal
Office hours for the public:
Monday, Wednesday: 8 am to 5 pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8 am to 2.30 pm
Friday: 8 am to 1 pm
